- Health Insurance - We offer 3 medical plans with varying levels of coverage, as well as prescription, dental, and vision plans.
- Retirement Plan - We provide an option to participate in a 401k with an employer match to assist you in preparing for your future.
- Flexible Spending Accounts - Our FSA allows you to set aside tax-free dollars to pay for your eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses and/or dependent care.
- Short & Long-term Disability - Short and long-term disability coverage provides replacement of your income should you become disabled due to injury, illness or pregnancy.
- Life Insurance - This plan is offered to protect you and your beneficiaries in the event of death or dismemberment.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) - We provide PTO to our associates to maintain a balance between work and personal life. New associates earn 3 weeks each year. PTO increases to 4 weeks with the 4th year of employment, 5 weeks at 7 years of service, and PTO reaches 6 weeks at 15 years of service. We also offer a PTO ‘cash out’ for those who prefer to accrue rather than use their paid time off.
- Holidays - We recognize 6 holidays each year by closing our doors: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
