We offer programs designed to help our clinicians gain knowledge, skills and perspectives that will allow them to work towards developing their leadership skills. Our administrative career track is supported by our:
- BenchMark University: Semi-annual meetings for Directors and Partners across the organization to share knowledge and discuss clinical and business strategies.
- Leadership Development Program: Designed for to help successful Clinic Directors gain knowledge and skills that will help them make the jump to leadership of larger groups.
Clinical Track
Pro Therapy has one of the highest concentrations of advanced certified clinicians on staff, because we offer more opportunity for professional advancement—no matter what direction you want to take in your career.
